Organize My Contacts with Notes and Tags

My Contacts: Tips for Utilizing Saved Contacts

Every contact that you "lookup" and reveal their contact information is automatically saved to My Contacts, creating a permanent history that you can access any time. My Contacts is your contact book within RocketReach, with basic CRM-like features that can help you work with your data without needing to export it.

Filter & Sort

Click "Show Filters" on the far right to expand the filter area, then enter the desired search info into the appropriate column filter. (Please use the "Clear Filters" link on the far right to remove any applied search filters!) Click on a column headings to sort the in-view data by that column.

Add Notes or Tags

Clicking on an individual contact will open the profile details panel. Record any helpful notes to yourself in the open text area, and add Tags to enable easy organization and dynamic contact grouping. For example, you might add a Tag for "Spoke To" and "Call Again", then log Notes with highlights from your conversation.

Send Emails

You can easily email contacts without changing apps or exporting data. You can email individual contacts with the "Send Email" button on the far right (blue envelope icon), or use the filters and/or checkboxes to select a set of contacts to mass email.

Export

Contacts can downloaded to a spreadsheet (CSV file), or synced to your connected external app (CRM integration). Filter to the appropriate contact group and/or select the desired contacts, then click either export button in the action row (upper right corner).

⚠️ Export-based Accounts (including Unlimited Lookup plans) will consume 1 Export Credit for each contact that is exported to CSV or exported with an integration.
