Dynamic Lists and Enhanced Organization

As of March 2025, all RocketReach users can access all-new pages and tools for saving and organizing Contacts and Companies. Additional enhancements to these new features are ongoing!

What's New

The navigation icon for the "My Lists" page has been replaced by two icons representing the dedicated pages for My Contacts and My Companies. These new pages include several improvements:

  • A fresh streamlined layout
  • Full details are now accessed in a pop-over details pane on the right edge
  • Updated checkbox functionality for selecting multiple profiles
  • Controls for page view (see 10, 25, or 50 rows at a time)
  • Expanded bulk actions, including the option to send emails (only for My Contacts)

Lists have been migrated to Tags to allow greater versatility to organize saved contacts and companies for any use case. Tags can be found and used in many places:

  • On Search pages, on the right side above the search results
  • On My Contacts and My Companies:
    • With the actions button
    • With the filters
    • On the profile row
    • In the profile details pane 
  • On the Browser Extension
  • On the Manage Tags page
  • When using Autopilot and Upload List
