My Contacts: Filter and Download with Tags
By filtering on "My Contacts" you can create dynamic lists with Tags or any criteria. efficiently manage and organize your contacts. By using filters, you can quickly locate specific contacts and export them as needed. This guide will walk you through how to use the available filters and download your contact list.

Step 1: Select Criteria in Filters
To begin, navigate to "My Contacts" from the left hand navigation.
Click on "Show Filters" on the right-hand side of the page:
Type your criteria into the fields and allow the contact list to adjust:
You can also click on "Clear Filters" if you are ready to change the criteria and view different contacts:
Optional: Select Specific Contacts
By default, all the contacts in the current view are selected. If you don't want all the contacts, you can refine the filters or select specific contacts. To download only a few selected contacts, click the checkbox on the left side of the profile row.
Step 2: Export to CSV
Once you’ve filtered or selected the desired contacts, you can export them as a spreadsheet file. Here’s how:
- Click the 'Actions' button in the upper left of the "My Contacts" page, and select the option "Export to CSV":
- You can choose Standard to receive all columns or Advanced to pick specific columns.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: If your account has Export Credits, exporting to CSV will consume one (1) Export Credit for each person profile with valid contact info. Learn More
- An email will be sent to your registered account email address – click the button to download the file. (Please allow a few minutes for the email to be sent, large downloads will take longer.)
- The finished CSV file will save to the default location on your device (depending on your settings).
