Dynamic Lists and Enhanced Organization
RocketReach users with paid plans can access pages and tools for saving and organizing Contacts and Companies. Additional enhancements to these new features are ongoing!
Overview
The main navigation has two icons representing the dedicated pages for My Contacts and My Companies. These pages include several improvements:
- Click a profile row to see its full details in a pop-over details panel
- Checkbox functionality for selecting multiple profiles
- Controls for page view (see 10, 25, or 50 profiles at a time)
- Bulk actions, including tag, export, and send emails (only for My Contacts)
Tags allow users versatility to organize saved contacts and companies for any use case. Tags can be seen and used in many places:
- On Search pages, on the right side above the search results
- On My Contacts and My Companies:
- With the actions button
- With the filters
- On the profile row
- In the profile details pane
- On the Browser Extension
- On the Manage Tags pages
- When using Autopilot and Upload List
What's New & Coming Soon
Inspired by popular user requests, we're building all-new Team functionality. Whereas our existing Tags are seen only by the user who made them, our new Team Tags will make it possible to share visibility across a team of users.
Starting in October 2025, team users with Pro, Ultimate, or Custom plans will be able to make Team Tags and apply them to Companies. By seeing what your teammates are working on, you'll be better able to align on projects and avoid collisions on shared work.
