Most RocketReach customers now have an option to choose a plan with "Unlimited Lookup Credits" which we also describe as "Unlimited Annual Lookups" – two names for the same thing.

Lookup vs Export
Plans that include Unlimited Lookup Credits also include a specific limited amount of Export Credits.
- A lookup pulls the contact data of the person and stores it within the RocketReach platform.
- An export allows you to download the contact data in CSV format or move the data to a third-party system such as Salesforce, Zapier, SalesLoft, etc.

Is unlimited right for me?
RocketReach offers a variety of plans that have been tiered to provide options for budget, data volume, and billing preference.
An annual plan with Unlimited Lookups may be a good option if:
- You need more contacts than what's included in a monthly plan
- You plan to access contact data over several months
- You want maximum flexibility to use credits when needed
- You like the convenience of paying one time
- You want the best value of price per contact
Is it really unlimited?
Yes, you can use the "Get Contact Info" button to unlock an unlimited amount of verified contact data, and you never have to worry about running out of lookup credits.
As a data-obsessed company ourselves, we understand wanting all the data. We encourage you to make full use of the unlimited lookup credits and access as many contacts as you need.
☝️ Please plan accordingly to use no more than 10,000 contacts in any 30-day period, as noted in our fair use policy.

If you are working very quickly to lookup large quantities of contacts, you may receive a "temporary limit" warning. This is part of our fair use policy enforcement which helps to protect site stability for all users by preventing excessive use or abuse by bad actors.

❓ Can I get 'Unlimited Lookups' with monthly billing?
No, at this time Unlimited Lookup Credits are only offered for plans with annual billing (pay once every year).
❓ I used all my Export Credits. What now?
You can still unlock new contact data with Unlimited Lookup Credits, even if you have consumed all the included Export Credits. Simply focus on activities that do not require the use of Export Credits. Learn More
