FAQ

โ“ How many credits does Autopilot use?

Using Autopilot will consume 1 Lookup Credit (or if you have Unlimited Lookup Credits, 1 Export Credit) for every new contact where RocketReach provides verified contact info. Learn More

You can control the maximum number of credits that will be used by setting the "Number of Contacts":ย

By default, Autopilot will try to fill your request with contacts who have verified contact info (unless you select the option "Include contacts without verified data"). For example, if you setup Autopilot to find 25 contacts and repeat daily, then every day that Autopilot runs successfully you will use (up to) 25 credits.

When you set the "Number of Contacts", consider it an agreement to spend that many credits.

โš ๏ธ Users with Unlimited Lookup plans, please note Autopilot will consume Export Credits.

โ“ Where can I see my new contacts?

Every contact that is added by Autopilot is saved to its history. From the Autopilot management page, find the job and select the blue button "Action" at the right; in this menu, select 'Download Contacts' to instantly download the CSV spreadsheet with all contact data:

โ“ Can I change an Autopilot after it's started?

Yes, from the Autopilot management page you can view all Autopilot jobs and their details.

For any Autopilot that was created with a repeating frequency, you can toggle the Active status to stop (OFF) or resume (ON) future runs. Please Note:ย  One-time jobs cannot be changed to recurring jobs. Please create a new Autopilot.

From the "Actions" button on the right, you can View Activity (see a history of all past runs), Export Contacts (download CSV with contact data), and Edit (change the Autopilot configuration).ย Please Note:ย  The search criteria associated with the Autopilot cannot be changed here. Please create a new Autopilot.

โ“ Where can I see my sent emails?

The Messages > Activity page provides a history or log of all the emails you have sent using Messages or Autopilot. You can see total stats on email delivery, opens, replies, etc. to help you gauge the results. The Messages > Template page also shows these stats, broken down per template.

To see the actual email body content, please go to your connected email account and check the Sent folder.

โ“ Can I sequence multiple email messages?

Currently Autopilot works to send one email immediately once verified contact information is found. We're working on additional functionality that will include creating series or sequences of emails. Stay tuned for these exciting updates coming soon!
