How do I Cancel my RocketReach Subscription?

How to Cancel your RocketReach Subscription

If you purchased your RocketReach plan online, please follow the steps below to cancel your subscription.

1: Access Your Account Settings

  • Log into your RocketReach account.
  • Click on your initials or profile picture in the top right corner of your screen.
  • Select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu.

2: Navigate to 'Usage & Billing'

  • In the left-hand menu, locate and click on "Usage & Billing."
  • This section provides details about your current subscription, billing cycle, and usage.

3: Find 'Manage Subscription'

  • Scroll down to the bottom of the 'Usage & Billing' page.
  • Look for the "Manage Subscription" heading.

4: Start the Cancellation Flow

  • Click the "Cancel Subscription" button to begin the cancellation process.
  • Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your cancellation request.

Alternatively, you can access the cancellation flow directly by logging into your account and visiting this Cancellation Link.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Your subscription is not officially canceled until you receive both:
  1. A confirmation screen after completing the steps.
  2. A confirmation email sent to your registered email address.

Cancel a Free Account

If you have a free RocketReach account, there is no paid subscription to cancel. Your account remains open at no cost.

If you prefer, you can deactivate your account if you no longer plan to log in you can do so from Account Settings > Other Settings.  (Learn More)

Cancel a Team Plan

If you are a member of a Team Plan, you may choose to leave the team at any time. Simply go to the Team Management page and click on the "Leave Team" button. Please note, however, that leaving the team will take effect immediately and you'll no longer have access to any of the credits or features associated with the Team Plan.

If you are the owner or an admin of a Team Plan, you may remove seats (users). Removing seats will take effect at the next billing cycle. Alternatively, if you want to cancel the entire Team Plan, please send an email to support@rocketreach.co.

Cancel a Custom Plan (Enterprise)

If you are part of a RocketReach Enterprise or Custom Plan (directly purchased from our Sales Team), the self-serve cancellation flow does NOT apply to your account.

What Happens After you Cancel your Subscription

👉 Even when you cancel, you will keep access for the time you have paid for.

  • You can continue using your remaining credits until your current billing cycle ends.
  • You can check the exact date when your subscription expires under "Subscription Details" in Usage & Billing Settings.
  • Once the current paid period ends and your service ends, any unused credits will expire. You will also not be able to access My Contacts, My Companies, Autopilot, API, or any other features exclusive to paid plans.

Pause Instead of Cancel

Not ready to cancel? If you have a monthly subscription, you can pause your subscription for up to three (3) billing cycles instead of canceling. This allows you to temporarily stop billing while keeping your account and unused credits intact.

💡 Accidentally Purchased Annual instead of Monthly?

If you accidentally signed up for a new annual subscription but intended to choose a monthly subscription, you may be eligible to switch to monthly within 7 days of your initial purchase. This option allows you to adjust your billing cycle immediately without needing to cancel, and will also provide a refund for the price difference.

🔑 Important: This applies only to brand-new annual subscription purchases. It does not apply to annual renewals.

Reminder: Other than downgrades from annual to monthly within the first 7 days of a new subscription purchase, RocketReach does not provide refunds for subscription charges or renewal charges.
