How do I Cancel my RocketReach Subscription?

How to Cancel your RocketReach Subscription

Access Your Account Settings

  • Log into your RocketReach account.
  • Click on your initials or profile picture in the top right corner of your screen.
  • Select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu.

Navigate to 'Usage & Billing'

  • In the left-hand menu, locate and click on "Usage & Billing."
  • This section provides details about your current subscription, billing cycle, and usage.

Find 'Manage Subscription'

  • Scroll down to the bottom of the 'Usage & Billing' page.
  • Look for the "Manage Subscription" heading.

Start the Cancellation Flow

  • Click the "Cancel Subscription" button to begin the cancellation process.
  • Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your cancellation request.

Alternatively, you can access the cancellation flow directly by logging into your account and visiting this Cancellation Link.

⚠️ Important: Your subscription is not officially canceled until you receive both:

  • A confirmation screen after completing the steps.
  • A confirmation email sent to your registered email address.

What Happens After you Cancel your Subscription

You Keep Access Until the End of Your Billing Cycle

  • Even after canceling, you can continue using your remaining lookups until your current billing cycle ends.
  • You can check the exact date when your subscription expires under "Subscription Details" in Usage & Billing Settings.

Free Account Cancelations

  • If you have a free RocketReach account, there is no active subscription to cancel—your account remains open at no cost.
  • If you prefer, you can deactivate your account if you no longer plan to log in you can do so from your Other Settings

Special Cases: Enterprise & Custom Plans

If you are part of a RocketReach Enterprise or Custom Plan (directly purchased from our Sales Team), the self-serve cancellation flow does NOT apply to your account.

Pause Instead of Cancel

Not ready to cancel? If you have a monthly subscription, you can pause your subscription for up to three (3) billing cycles instead of canceling. This allows you to temporarily stop billing while keeping your account and unused credits intact.

If you accidentally signed up for an annual subscription but meant to choose a monthly subscription, you may be eligible to switch to a monthly subscription within 7 days of purchase instead of canceling. This allows you to adjust your billing cycle immediately.
