❓ Can I send emails to anyone?

Messages can be used to send an email to any email address that you find with RocketReach. However, only email addresses provided by RocketReach can be used with the Messages tool.

❓How many emails can I send?

Users with any paid subscription can send up to 500 emails per day. Users with our free service can send up to 5 emails per day.  (Learn More)

❓ Where can I see my sent emails?

The Messages > Activity page provides a history or log of all the emails you have sent using the Messages feature. This area also shows stats on email delivery, opens, replies, etc. to help you gauge the results of emails that you've sent.

To see the actual email body content, please go to your Gmail account and check the Sent folder.

❓ Can I send attachments?

No, Messages does not allow attaching files, embedding images, or creating hyperlinks.

Spam filters may block emails with attachments, images, or hyperlinks at a higher rate; to help you follow best practices for cold emails and achieve the best possible delivery rate, we omitted the ability to add attachments, images, and hyperlinks.

❓ How can I add an "unsubscribe" link to manage opt outs?

In place of an unsubscribe link, you can add a short line at the end of your email like this:

This way recipients have an easy option to indicate their preference.

At this stage, the Messages tool is best suited for sending the first attempt to connect as you can't (yet!) schedule a sequence of emails that send over time. Since you're sending just that one initial email, tracking opt outs / unsubscribes isn't as relevant. In the future when we introduce email sequences, we'll include more robust tools for audience management.

❓ Can I schedule emails to send later?

Currently the Messages tool works to send one-time emails immediately. We're working on additional functionality that will include scheduling future emails and creating series or sequences of emails. Stay tuned for these exciting updates coming soon!
