Step-by-Step Guide to Getting Started

Your dashboard is designed to provide you with a user-friendly interface, allowing you to access key features and tools easily. Here's what you'll find:

Recent and Saved Searches

This feature simplifies the way you access your recent and saved searches. With just a few clicks, you can easily navigate to your previously conducted searches, ensuring you can pick up right where you left off.

In addition to quick access, this feature also allows you to perform new searches directly within this window. Simply enter your query, and you’ll be directed to the search page to further your search.

Recent Email Activity

This window allows you to quickly view email activity when you have connected your Gmail or Outlook inbox to our Messages feature. With this integration, you can easily track interactions and manage your communications efficiently.

If you haven't connected your inbox yet, don't worry! You can link your Gmail or Outlook to Messages by visiting the following link: Connect Your Inbox. Once connected, you’ll be able to take full advantage of this feature.

Browser Extension

The Chrome browser extension enhances your experience by providing quick access to contact information while you browse the internet. It automatically searches and shows you relevant company and people profiles, no need to open the RocketReach website!

Integrations

Native integrations allow you to easily export data with one click instead of awkward copy & paste. By linking your supported CRM/ATS, you can streamline your workflow, enhance your data management, and maximize your outreach efforts.

Contact Preferences

The "Contact Preferences" feature allows you to select the types of email addresses you wish to receive, helping you avoid spending credits on data that doesn’t meet your needs. By customizing your preferences, you can specify whether you want to see personal only, professional only, or all types of email addresses.

Take a moment to adjust your contact preferences, so you can focus on the data that truly matters to your business!

Account Settings

In the "Account Settings" section, you can easily find your lookup and export allotment, along with a detailed usage report.

This overview helps you track how many lookups and exports you’ve utilized, ensuring you stay within your limits and make the most of your account.
