Hi. I'm Mishelle from the customer success team. And today, I'll
guide you through Autopilot. With just a couple simple selections,
Autopilot can take over multiple steps from your workflow and
repeat
it automatically, keeping your pipeline fresh and full. If you're
ready to crush your deliverables with less effort, let's get
started.
To start a new autopilot, first, you need a nice filtered search.
Once you've dialed in the criteria, look for this button at the
bottom
of the filter area. Set how many contacts you want. Depending
on
your process and available credits, you can choose as few as
twenty
five or a few hundred or even thousands. To maximize your gains,
choose a repeating frequency. This way, you will automatically
get
new contacts. It's an easy way to improve consistency and increase
output. Every time Autopilot runs, it saves the contacts to a
new
list, so it's easy to download them as a spreadsheet or directly
from the email notification. And CRM users, don't forget that
auto
sync to CRM can also be enabled from the integration settings
for
a fully seamless process. Best for last, select one of your prepared
email templates and instantly send an email to every verified
contact.
This email step is optional, but why not use it? It will speed
up
your pipeline and help you get to results sooner. After a final
confirmation,
activate and let autopilot go to work. It's really that easy.
You
can condense potentially hours of work into just a couple minutes.

❓ How does Autopilot affect my credits?
Autopilot will consume 1 Export Credit for every new contact where RocketReach provides verified contact info. You can control the maximum number of credits that will be used by setting the "Number of Contacts" (reminder, the minimum is 25):

By default, Autopilot will try to fill your entire request with contacts who have verified contact info (unless you select the option "Include contacts without verified data"). For example, if you setup Autopilot to find 25 contacts and repeat daily, you should expect to use 25 export credits that every day that Autopilot runs successfully.
