Autopilot Limits by Plan
Certain minimum limits, maximum limits, and daily limits apply to steps in Autopilot. These limits vary depending on your service plan, so please first confirm your current plan and refer to the appropriate info below.

Audience: Number of Contacts
👉 The minimum to use Autopilot is 25 contacts.
This minimum applies to all plans. If you have fewer than 25 credits available, you will not be able to use Autopilot. Please purchase a paid plan or upgrade plans to receive more credits.
If the search criteria matches fewer than 25 contacts, Autopilot will not be available. Instead please use the checkbox / "Select All" option to easily lookup multiple contacts.
The maximum for Autopilot is 10,000 contacts for customers on self-serve plans (purchased online), or up to 30,000 contacts for Enterprise customers.
💡 TIP: If you use the "Add Max" button, it will automatically fill in either the number of credits you have available, or the number of profiles matched to the criteria, or up to 10,000.
Frequency: Active Recurring Autopilot
To do a one-time bulk add with Autopilot, set the Frequency to "Once". You may submit one-time / single-use / non-repeating Autopilot requests as long as you have sufficient credits.
All plans include an upper limit on how many Autopilot runs are currently scheduled to recur (will automatically repeat again in the future) -- please refer to the table below for details.
If you have reached this limit and wish to create a new recurring Autopilot, you must either turn off (disable) one of your active recurring runs or upgrade plans.

Message: Email Daily Limit
A daily limit applies for the Messages tool to send emails to contacts. The daily limit counts all emails sent with RocketReach, individual or in bulk with Autopilot.
When using Autopilot to send Messages, you must have sufficient room in your daily limit. An active (repeating) Autopilot request that includes Messages will skip and not run if the email daily limit is insufficient at the time of the scheduled run.
*Please note that the email daily limit functions as a 24-hour moving window. For example, if you send 1 email at 9:05am, that will be count as 1 email toward the daily limit until 9:05am the next day.
