I see the message "Payment is past due"

Subscriptions: Update Your Payment Method

Your payment method needs to be updated! Your account is past due. Please update to continue your RocketReach access.

You see this message when recent charges on your credit card (or PayPal account) have failed.

When logging in, you will be prompted to re-enter valid payment information. Entering new payment info will automatically try to charge the past due payment.

❓ What happens if I don't update the payment?

If you don't provide a new payment method, the automated bill pay system will continue to try the charge on the previous payment method. In some cases, the payment may eventually succeed.

If the payment continues to fail, eventually your subscription will automatically cancel due to the overdue invoice. Upon cancelation, any unused credits will immediately be forfeited and you will also lose access to saved contacts.

❓ Can I cancel the subscription instead of paying again?

Yes, if you would prefer to immediately end your access instead of renewing, you may scroll down and select the option to cancel:
