Error Processing Payment: "Your payment could not be processed"

Troubleshooting Checkout Errors

If you see a payment error:

  • Please check that the credit card number has been entered correctly.
  • Please ensure that the billing address is filled, and that the zip code matches the billing address.
  • Verify the CVV is correct. The CVV for American Express cards is a 4-digit number. For other cards, it is 3 digits.

⚠️ American Express is accepted only for US dollar $ purchases. If you are paying in local currency and not USD, please use a different card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) or PayPal.
