Can I Have Receipts Emailed To Me Automatically?

Enable Automatic Receipts

Follow the steps below to enable Billing Notifications for your account.

  1. Go to the ‘Usage and Billing’ section of the account settings page. (You can get to the "Account" page at any time by clicking on the circle icon in the top right corner.)
  2. Under the heading ‘Payment Settings’ you will see a toggle option.
  3. Click on the toggle to make it green.
  4. Once you have turned on your billing notifications, you should see a green checkmark next to Payment Settings that looks like this: Screen_Shot_2021-04-20_at_12.11.44_PM.png
  5. This setting is also available on the ‘Other Settings’ section of your account page.

Going forward you will automatically receive an email after each successful billing payment has completed.

Forward to a Different Email Address

Is the invoice receipt needed by a different person or department within your company? In this case, we recommend that you use your email provider's email forwarding tools to automate forwarding of the billing notification.

💡Note:  The email address which your RocketReach account is registered to is used for important notifications (like account security and password resets). To maintain a smooth workflow, it is important that the registered email address always connect to an active inbox to which the user has easy access. We recommend that you do NOT change the registered email address for the sole purpose of billing notifications.
