- Identify the Team Seat: Locate the team seat currently assigned to the user you wish to unassign.
- Click on the Ellipsis Action Button: You'll find this button to the right of the team seat in question.
- Select 'Remove Assigned User': A dropdown menu will appear. Click on 'Remove assigned user' to unassign the existing user from the team seat.
Step 2: Invite a New Team Member to This Seat
- Locate the Empty Team Seat: After unassigning the previous user, you will see an 'Invite' button next to the now-empty team seat.
- Click 'Invite': Simply click on the 'Invite' button to proceed.
- Enter the New User's Email: A prompt will appear asking for the new user's email address. Enter it and click 'Send Invite'.
Step 3: Invited User Will Receive an Email to Join the Team
- Email Notification: Once you've invited a new user, they will receive an email containing a link to join your team.
- Account Creation: If the invited user doesn't already have a RocketReach account, they will be prompted to create one.
- Link to Existing Account: If the user already has a free RocketReach account, clicking on the link in the email will automatically register them to your team, upgrading their status in line with your team plan.
