How to Create a Team Plan

How to Create a Team Plan

Step 1: Visit the Pricing Page

Team Plans are purchased directly from RocketReach’s  Pricing Page.

From your account, navigate to the RocketReach Pricing Page: https://rocketreach.co/pricing

All Team Plan configuration—including seat count, billing cycle, and plan selection—is completed on this page before checkout.


Step 2: Add Team Seats

At the top of the pricing page, above the plan cards, locate the Seats selector.

  • Use the + / – buttons to select the number of seats

  • Adding 2 or more seats converts the subscription into a Team Plan

  • Team Plans receive a 5% discount on plan pricing

Seat rules:

  • 1 seat → Individual Plan

  • 2–25 seats → Self-serve Team Plan

  • More than 25 seats → Custom Plan required

Step 3: Select Billing Cycle

On the right-hand side of the pricing page, select your billing preference:

  • Monthly

  • Annual

The selected billing cycle applies to all seats on the Team Plan.

Step 4: Select a Plan

Choose the plan that best fits your team’s needs:

  • Essentials

  • Pro

  • Ultimate

Click Select Plan to continue.

Step 5: Checkout - Purchase your Team Plan

During checkout, you will:

  • Confirm the number of seats (this can still be adjusted on the checkout page)

  • Review pricing (including the 5% team discount)

  • Enter payment details

  • Complete purchase

After payment is successful:

  • The Team Plan becomes active immediately

  • The purchaser is assigned the Team Owner role by default

Step 6: Invite Team Members

After purchase, you can invite users from your Team Management Page by entering their email addresses.

  • Seats do not need to be assigned immediately

  • Seats can be unassigned and reassigned at any time

  • The subscription/billing cycle begins for all seats once purchased


Upgrading From an Individual Plan

If you are upgrading from an individual subscription:

  • A new Team Plan subscription is created

  • Any unused portion of your most recent individual subscription renewal is automatically refunded

    • Refund applies only to the most recent billing period

    • For monthly individual plans, earlier billing periods are not refundable


Team Size Limits

  • Self-serve Team Plans support up to 25 seats

  • Adding more than 25 seats is not supported via self-serve checkout

  • Teams larger than 25 users require a Custom Plan

Billing & Subscription Rules

  • Team Plans support monthly or annual billing

  • Subscriptions renew automatically based on the selected billing cycle until canceled

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period

  • Unused seats are non-refundable

  • Removing a user does not cancel or refund a seat

  • Seats may be reassigned at any time

  • Seats removed mid-billing cycle are not eligible for a refund
