Messages: AI Email Writer

Our AI Email Writer is a powerful feature within the "Messages" tool that helps you compose effective emails quickly and effortlessly. Follow these step-by-step instructions to leverage the AI Email Writer and streamline your communication process.

Step 1:  Activate the AI Email Writer

The AI Email writer is located within the email message tool. You can use it when creating a Template or when sending a one-off email to one or more contacts.

To begin, click on the button "Generate with AI" which is located above the message area:

Step 2:  Provide Email Context, Review, and Send!

Enter key information to help the AI craft a relevant and personalized message:

Tips:

• The more context you provide, the more tailored your email will be!
• When you're ready, click the "Generate Email" button and wait a few seconds to let the AI work.
• You will be able to review the draft and make any desired edits to suit your preferences.
• Once you’re happy with the draft, click "Save Template" (if you're creating a Template) or "Send Email" (if you're sending an email).
