🆕 Updates to Role & Department
We're improving searchability and accuracy with refinements to the Management Levels and Departments search filters. All people profiles will also be refreshed with deeper AI-assisted mapping to maximize the number of relevant profiles matched to your search criteria.

Any saved searches that include a Department or Management Level which has been changed or removed will be automatically converted to the best match in the current filter options.
Changes to Departments:
- Adding 2 new departments (C-suite + Education)
- Adding 52 new sub departments (ex: Executive, Sales Operations, Facilities Management, etc.)
- Removing 8 sub departments (ex: Video + Writing within Marketing)
- Renaming 18 sub departments (ex: Product → Product Management, Employee Development → Learning & Development, etc.)
Changes to Management Levels:
- Adding 2 new management levels (Head, Senior)
- Renaming 2 management levels (Unpaid → Volunteer, VP → Vice President)

🆕 Intent Topics
We have added support for an additional 6,150 intent topics, nearly doubling your options to about 14,000 intent topics! This expansion provides greater granularity, allowing you to monitor specific topic areas that better align with your product/service.

🆕 Search Behavior
Industry Keyword - Results are now sorted to prioritize companies where the selected Industry Keyword is the primary industry. This helps improve the relevancy of the profiles seen in the first pages.
Job Title - The default is now to use broad (non-exact) search option when entering job titles. This aligns with best practices to maximize the relevant profiles. You can still specify exact searches by using quotes or selecting “Exact” from the options menu.

🆕 Start Searches from the Dashboard
The dashboard now includes a search widget, making it faster than ever to:
- Start a new search with a conversational prompt ("engineers in Boston who know Python")
- Resume a recent search
- Open a saved search
- Try a personalized search suggestion ✨ powered by AI insights
🆕 VAT for Non-US Customers
If your billing address is outside the United States, you can now log your Tax ID / Tax Number / Business ID in your RocketReach account settings. This information will be used to ensure appropriate tax calculation on future invoices.
