Errors and Issues with Messages
This article will help troubleshoot issues related to Messages. The most common issue is emails not sending successfully, typically evidenced by not seeing the emails in Messages Activity or your email account's sent folder.
Error Message
The connection between RocketReach and your email account may be interrupted or broken for various reasons. If you attempt to send an email and see an error message, please follow the steps below to reconnect your email account.
Reconnect Google
We recommend that you disconnect and reconnect your Google Account as the best first step for resolving any issues with using RocketReach Messages.

- Ensure that you are logged into the correct Google Account, then go to "Manage your Google Account" from the Chrome browser navigation or by clicking here.
- In the left menu, select the Security section. Scroll down and find "Your connection to third-party apps & services" on the right side and select See all connections:
- Scroll or search to find RocketReach in the list of services. Select it and choose the option to See details:
- On the next screen, select the button "Remove access", then on the confirmation window click "Confirm" to complete the process.
- Please log out of RocketReach and login to a fresh session. ✨ This is important to ensure RocketReach sees that your Google Account is disconnected.
- Finally, you can reconnect your mailbox from the RocketReach Integrations page. Simply click the Gmail tile, then select the appropriate Google Account.
