Account Manager
Your assigned Account Manager is your primary contact at RocketReach. Their mission is to ensure your satisfaction with the overall results. You're always welcome to reach out to your Account Manager for any reason; when appropriate, they can connect you with a specialist or relevant resources.
Contact your Account Manager for:
- Pricing, billing, and contract information
- Adding licenses or credits
- Renewal questions

Success Manager
For day-to-day use of RocketReach, learning to use the features and data, and optimizing your results, a Success Manager can provide expert guidance for your specific situation. All requests can be sent to: success@rocketreach.co

- Onboarding, coaching, and ongoing training
- Technical questions & troubleshooting
- Product questions

Live Chat
Chat with an Agent during business hours or Leave us a Message after hours. Most common questions can be answered instantly by our custom-trained AI chatbot, and live agents will assist you or connect you to your AM/CSM.
