Special Filters

The Contact Method filter allows you to narrow down the person profiles based on what types of verified contact data is available. Using this filter is especially helpful for prioritizing the best contacts, maximizing your credit usage, and

In the Contact Method filter, you can choose how your checkbox selections are handled:

  • "Any" applies "Or" logic - Most permissive, allows a profile to be included if any of your selected contact methods are available.
  • "All" applies "And" logic - Most restrictive, requires a profile to have all of your selected contact methods.

The Tags filter has similar "Any" and "All" options. Same as with the Contact Method filter, "Any" acts as permissive "Or" logic, and "All" acts as restrictive "And" logic.

  • Include "Any" → Show a profile if it has any of these Tags.
  • Include "All" → Show a profile only if it has all of these Tags.
  • Exclude "Any" → Do not show a profile if it has any of these Tags.
  • Exclude "All" → Do not show a profile but only if it has all of these Tags.

Additionally, if you use both the Include and Exclude fields, or if you use both Company Tags and Contact Tags, "And" logic will be applied between these criteria. For example:

With this combination of filters, to be included in the search results, profiles would need to meet both of the following criteria:

  1. Have both of the selected Company Tags ("Include" and "All").
  2. Not have either of the selected Contact Tags ("Exclude" and "Any").
