I Accidentally Signed Up For an Annual Subscription

Did you unintentionally sign up for an annual subscription when you meant to opt for a monthly one? No worries!

You have the option to change your subscription from annual to monthly within the first 7 days of your purchase. Simply click on the link below to make the switch:

After you've switched, we will process a refund for the difference between the annual and monthly subscription costs and adjust your service usage limits accordingly. Please be patient as it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear through your payment provider.

Please note: Subscriptions that have been active for more than 30 days on an annual plan cannot be switched to a monthly plan, and annual renewals are not eligible for conversion to monthly plans.
