RocketReach allows you to update your contact preferences so you only receive professional email contact information.
Follow the steps below to update the Contact Preferences for your account.

Go to the ‘Other Settings’ section of your account page. (You can get to the "Account" page at any time by clicking on your email in the header.)
- Under the heading ‘Contact Preferences’ select ‘Only professional emails’ from the drop-down menu.
- Click on ‘Save Email Type’ to save your change.
Going forward you will only be charged a lookup credit when a professional email is provided.
