Step 1: Go to Team Management

  2. Navigate to the Team Management page: You can do this by clicking here or navigating through the menu:

Step 2: Invite Team Member

  1. Confirm Available Seats:  It will show you if your Team has Unassigned Seats that are available to assign to another user. If available, select the "Invite" button:
  2. Invite Team Member:  Enter the email address for the team member you are assigning the seat to and click 'Assign'.

Step 3: Accept Invite

  1. Assigned Team Members will receive an Email Invite with a button to 'Join the Team' or 'Create an Account' (if they haven't created a RocketReach login already).
  2. Assigned Team Members can also Join the Team by logging into their RocketReach account (using the email address their seat was assigned with), navigating to the Team Management section, and clicking the button there to 'Join the Team'.
  3. Team Members who show as 'Invited' have not yet joined your team. You can remind them to join by clicking the ellipses (...) and selecting 'Resend invite' from the menu:

Additional Notes

You can also Reassign a seat if team members change; from the user list, find the seat you wish to reassign and click the ellipses (...), then select 'Remove assigned user' from the menu. Then follow the steps above to assign the seat to a new user.

If the seat is no longer needed, be sure to remove it to prevent future charges from being processed. This change will be reflected on your next invoice.
