My Contacts: Filter and Download with Tags

This article applies ONLY to users with Beta access.

By filtering on "My Contacts" you can create dynamic lists with Tags or any criteria. efficiently manage and organize your contacts. By using filters, you can quickly locate specific contacts and export them as needed. This guide will walk you through how to use the available filters and download your contact list.

Step 1: Select Criteria in Filters

To begin, navigate to "My Contacts" from the left hand navigation.

Click on "Show Filters" on the right-hand side of the page:

Type your criteria into the fields and allow the contact list to adjust:

 

You can also click on "Clear Filters" if you are ready to change the criteria and view different contacts:

Step 2:  Download to CSV

Once you’ve filtered your contacts, you can download them as a spreadsheet file. Here’s how:

  1. Toward the top of the "My Contacts" page look for the row of actions button and this squares icon:

  2. Hover over the squares icon and click when it shows as "Export to CSV":

     ⚠️IMPORTANT:  If your account has Export Credits, remember that exporting to CSV will consume one (1) Export Credit for each person profile with valid contact info.  Learn More

  3. Please allow a moment as the system prepares your contacts for download.
  4. The finished CSV file will save to the default location on your device (depending on your settings).
