How do I update my payment method?

Change the Card on File

To update your saved payment method that will be used for all automatic billing and additional charges, ensure you're logged into the correct account and open this link:
https://rocketreach.co/billing/update-billing-info

You also can access this option anytime from the Payment Settings section of the 'Usage & Billing' page in your account:

You will be prompted to re-enter your credit card or PayPal details. Be sure to select the button "Update Payment Method" to save your changes!

No charges will be made until your regular billing date, unless you are changing the payment information during checkout for a plan change or for a past-due account.

What if I just want to remove / delete the existing info?

You must retain valid payment information on file while a subscription is active. Payment information may be deleted after a canceled subscription has completely ended.
